Kristyn Gall, Chief Clinical Officer, OBQI Director
In her role as chief clinical officer, Ms. Gall provides clinical vision and direction to Optimal Care, Inc. She is committed to developing and implementing innovative clinical programs to meet the needs of the community. Kristyn is a Psychiatric Nurse Practioner specializing in geriatric behavioral health and dementia care. She has many years of experience in home care in both clinical practice and leadership. She is actively involved in research to better understand the needs of dementia patients and their caregivers. Kristyn serves as a board member for the Michigan Home Health Association, which actively promotes home health as a tool to help individuals age in place.
Coleen Murphy-DeOrsey, COO/Administrator, RN, BS
As both the Chief Operations Officer and Administrator, Ms. Murphy-DeOrsey directs the company’s administrative and operational functions. She has been a group practice administrator with over 15 years of strategic process and operations management experience. She is committed to bringing Optimal Care’s mission to Southeast Michigan and to provide an excellent work environment, high salary and benefit package to engage and retain the highest level of clinicians necessary to provide quality care to our patients.
Josephine Grider, Director of Nursing, APRN, BC, NP
In her role, Ms. Grider provides clinical leadership and oversight to our clinicians. She has many years of practice in home health care and leadership. She is both a clinical nurse specialist and nurse practitioner specializing in mental health. She has run her own clinical practice and lead many successful programs. We are proud to have her experience and expertise in our organization.
